Step 1-

PSP

Make sure the Psp is switched off, and then connect to the computer. You will need a Usb cable to do this. Once the association is made, switch the Psp on.

Step 2-

Grab the Psp and go into the settings menu-once there, push the X button, which should link the Psp to the computer.
